Lehre

Teaching at the Oldenburg Eye Clinic covers the entire spectrum of ophthalmology. Teaching can be found in year 2 (module "Perception") and year 5 (module "Sensory Perception, Infection and Therapy"). Further information can also be found on the Human Medicine model degree programme page.

In addition to the curricular teaching, which includes interactive seminars, lectures and practical courses, we offer a microsurgery course as a workshop in PE, which includes the practical performance of various ophthalmological surgical methods on the pig eye, as well as a laboratory course, which offers initial insights into the research of the Eye Clinic and in which students actively and independently carry out initial laboratory methods for tissue engineering. In addition, we offer a practical block course "Tissue Engineering" as well as various seminars in the Master's programmes Neuroscience and Molecular Biomedicine. For more information, please refer to the course catalogue.

Further information on LFC work and research modules in our laboratory can be found under vacancies.
