Scientific and clinical focus

• Evaluation of the provision of hearing systems using acoustic evoked potentials
• Registration of electrically evoked potentials of the auditory system
• Cortical plasticity after sensory deprivation and after fitting with hearing systems
• Multisensory interaction and cognition in patients with cochlear implants
• Objective audiometry for the diagnosis of hearing disorders

• Head of the Audiology Department at the University Clinic for Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine in Oldenburg
