Cooperations
Cooperations
Cooperations with other Institutes are an important instrument for optimising results and achieving the targeted standards.
There are currently close cooperations in Oldenburg itself not only within the University ENT Clinic but also with the University Clinics for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Other important co-operation partners at the University of Oldenburg are the Department of Psychology and the Department of Medical Physics and Acoustics.
Our research group is also linked to the Research Centre Neurosensory Science and the joint projects Cluster of Excellence "Hearing4All" as well as the Collaborative Research Centre 1330 Hearing Acoustics (HAPPAA) at the University of Oldenburg.
The Hannover Medical School, the ENT University Hospital Cologne and the ENT University Hospital Freiburg currently act as external cooperation partners.
The projects are partly financed by third-party funding from the DFG. Prof Pascale Sandmann, Head of the University Division of Clinical Audiology, received the prestigious KIND-Hörstiftung 2021 Foundation Award for her research work.
