Currently working as research assistant in the group. I am mainly working on publishing the results of my thesis and as a side project i want to find an mRNA medication against tuberculosis.
Education:
October 2024 - now: M.Sc. in Neuroscience and research assistant in the QuantBioLab, working on a small molecule inhibitor of the Cytochrome bd-I oxidase and developing the PRotein PHarmacology Evaluation Tool (PROPHET), estimating potential side effects of new drug candidates via docking to an array of pharmacologically relevant proteins.
October 2020 - March 2024 : Physics Engineering and Medicine at University Oldenburg, Thesis on : AlphaFold-Driven Modeling of Cytochrome bd-I in E. coli: A Structural Approach to Antibiotic Design
