Mastering the correct and effective use of AI tools is becoming increasingly important in the application process. This workshop is designed to equip international students with the skills to leverage AI technologies, such as ChatGPT and DeepL, to create high-quality CVs and cover letters for the German job market. Participants will gain an understanding of the key requirements for job applications in Germany, followed by learning how to use AI to draft, refine, and optimize their documents in accordance with these standards, focusing on best practices for AI-assisted writing and effective prompt strategies. The session will also provide guidance on tailoring AI-generated content to meet employer expectations, including formatting for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and show participants how to combine their personal strengths with AI tools to create a standout professional profile.
