Team Diversity

The team is responsible for all issues related to diversity, taking into account our university's diversity strategy. Importantly, we pursue aims like shaping diversity and inclusion, engagement for equal opportunities, enabling participation as well as fighting disadvantage and discrimination.

Specifically, we focus on a wide range of topics - diversity in the process of recruitment and structural accessibility are just two examples. In addition to offering individual counseling, we are also represented in the Diversity Committee and the Inclusion Team and are in contact with all staff members responsible for this at the university. Furthermore, we deal with topics at the interface of diversity and equal opportunities and thus regularly come into contact with representatives for equal opportunities and equal opportunities work in the broadest sense (Equal Opportunities Office, Commission for Equal Opportunities (KFG), Equal Opportunities Plan).
