Be on time with c.t. and s.t.
c.t. - cum tempore
C.T. (Latin: with time) refers to the academic quarter, i.e. the quarter of an hour that a course starts later than stated in the course catalog.
The announcement 8 - 10 a.m. c.t. means that the course starts at 8.15 a.m. and ends at 9.45 a.m.
s.t. - sine tempore
s.t. (lat.: without time) means that a course begins at the specified time, not a quarter of an hour later.
Account activation for students
Once you have enrolled, you will receive two automated emails containing your university username, your university email address and an initial password for accessing IT services. You must activate your account at https://pw.uol.de/activate.
For security reasons, you will then only be able to log in using two-factor authentication (2FA). The IT services provide instructions for this and will offer support if required.
