The working group has meterological data for Wilhelmshaven from 1881 to the present day, which has been recorded using standardised measurement methods. Statistics that we carry out with this data illustrate the climate change since this time. (Click here for our analyses).

Two weather stations are operated by the Geoecology working group for data collection. One station is located at the institute building in Schleusenstraße, Wilhelmshaven. A mobile weather station is currently being used at the external site on Spiekeroog.
