Please do not come to Oldenburg without arranging for a place to stay before you arrive. The University of Oldenburg does not own or manage any dorms and thus cannot provide or guarantee your housing!

Welcome Week
The Welcome Week offers the opportunity to get to know the university and the city of Oldenburg and to meet other students. Moreover, it provides you with information on important formalities (such as enrolment, registration with the city, CampusCard). The Welcome Week takes place in the week prior to the beginning of lectures. Every winter semester, our Welcome Week is followed by the regular Orientation Week for all new students.
