Confidentiality / duration of counselling
Please note that all information that you share during counseling remains confidential. In addition, the duration of counseling sessions varies according to your concerns.

People & appointment

To ensure efficient counseling, we offer a two-stage counseling system. For all enquiries, we first refer you to a selected member of the Staff Council to conduct an initial meeting. In this initial meeting, the request is recorded in order to clarify whether it falls within the Staff Council's domain of expertise at all and, if necessary, to refer you to a person suitable for counseling. This procedure ensures that every enquiry is dealt with in the best possible way.

Of course, all employees are free to choose a specific member of the Staff Council for the initial meeting if they feel more comfortable with this. In particular, this applies if the member chosen covers specific topics in terms of counseling.
