Central Event Management
As the university's central event management, we are responsible for the conception, organisation and implementation of large and central events on behalf of the Presidential Board. These include the first semester welcome, the New Year's reception and the KinderCampus as well as the AUFTAKT event to open the academic year. We also organise regular formats such as campus tours and quiz nights. In all cases, we take care of the accompanying communication.
We are also happy to support you to the best of our ability in the preparation and realisation of your events at the university. We can advise you on basic questions of planning and organisation and, if necessary, help you to get in touch with the right contact person for your needs - be it regarding rooms, equipment, technology, finances, registration procedures or communication. You will find a list of university contacts below. We are also happy to help you select external service providers, for example for catering or moderation.

Room booking and equipment

Conference material
Do you need pads, pens or conference folders for your event? You can order these free of charge directly from the Purchasing EDE portal.
