Directions: Enter through the main entrance and take the stairs on the left in front of the cafeteria. Then turn left into the hallway (W01 Institute of Mathematics/W01A Institute of Physics). At the very end of the hallway, you will reach wing W1A and find our office on the right-hand side.

OLTECH Travel Grant

On behalf of the Faculty V and Faculty VI, the Graduate School OLTECH offers grants for the attendance at international congresses, summer schools and lab visits.

All doctoral candidates of the Schools/faculties V and VI can apply for this grant. information and application

To apply for the Graduate School OLTECH, please fill in the online application form below. 

As soon as OLTECH has received your online application, we will contact you by email and you can start using OLTECH's services.

An application is possible all over the year. 

The admission to the OLTECH doctoral degree programme Neurosensory Science and Systems will follow to the next possible term.

• Doktor der Ingenieurwissenschaften (abbreviated: Dr-Ing., Doctor of Engineering)
• Doktor der Philosophie (abbreviated: Dr phil., Doctor of Philosophy)
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD),
• Doctor of Health Sciences (Dr. rer. medic.)
• Medical Doctor – Doctor of Philosophy (MD-Ph.D.)
• Doktorin oder eines Doktors der Medizin (Doctor medicinae, abbreviated Dr. med.)
Documents certifying the information are requested by the Graduate School OLTECH at a later date.

  
17 Confirmation of data protection and completeness
The data processing is carried out in accordance with the data protection guidelines of the University of Oldenburg (https://uole.de/datenschutzerklaerung) in conjunction with § 17 NHG (www.nds-voris.de).
Information is treated as confidential according to the data protection Information: Informationen nach Art. 13 DSGVO zum Verfahren „Mitgliedschaft, Zulassung und Prüfungsverwaltung in der Graduiertenschule OLTECH“ (Application_OLTECH_data_protection_2021.pdf).

After submitting your data via the submit button, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation link (please also check the spam folder). The confirmation link will take you back to the UOL website to confirm the entry of your data and finally submit the form to OLTECH. As soon as OLTECH has received the online application, OLTECH will contact you by email to initiate the admission process.
Data protection notice
