We help you get started with our campus administration system, provide input on what makes studying in Germany so different from studying abroad and support you in choosing modules for the coming semester. The deadline for module registration ends Wednesday 08 Oct. 2025 at 13.00, after which module requests can only be given lower priority!
Mandatory lab safety instructions

We look forward to welcoming you to the Master's degree programme Biology!
On this page, we have put together the first information for the start of your semester. The orientation week timetable, registration for schedule help, your digital first-semester-booklet and the most important events for getting to know your new fellow students.
First things first - you are not alone!
We are here to answer any questions students of the Biology degree programme may have! To make sure everything runs smoothly at the start of your studies, we have put together some information to help you get started.
If you still have any questions, please contact us via one of our channels or drop by our student council room (W2 2-227)! You can get to the student council room by following the blue footprints from the foyer in Wechloy.

This week before the start of lectures is intended to help you arrive in Oldenburg, network with your fellow students and give you a first insight into everyday student life.
In addition to the official university programme, the student council also offers you its own programme! Among other things, we will help you with your timetable and organise a social evening to get to know each other. You can find the complete programme in the tile below!
