The OpenAPC Initiative collects and releases data sets on fees paid for open access journal articles by universities and research institutions. OpenAPC is part of the INTACT project that aims aims at establishing transparent and efficient procedures to manage article processing charges (APC) for open access publications.

The Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg supports this transparency and delivers the data for articles financed through the open access publication fund.
