GREEN-Credentials

GREEN-Credentials is a three-year Erasmus+ project focused on enhancing vocational education and training (VET) in the fields of sustainability, agriculture, and forest management. It addresses the twin challenges of ecological transition and social inclusion by developing a digital learning platform enriched with AI-driven tools and gamified learning experiences.
The project particularly targets migrant and vulnerable learners, offering them pathways to formal recognition through micro-credentials. Activities include the development of MOOCs, a digital employment network, and an AI-based educational game. A new micro-credential in sustainability will be piloted alongside training sessions to build digital and green competences.
The University of Oldenburg contributes its expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and sustainability, playing a key role in the design and implementation of smart learning and assessment tools.
Partnership
The project brings together 10 partners from 8 countries, including VET providers, universities, NGOs, and research centres. Together, they aim to promote inclusive access to green jobs and advance digital transformation in vocational education.
