Lightsheet Microscope (OpenSPIM)

We have an OPENSPIM system with:

  • C-FLEX C6 Laser combined with 405nm, 488nm and 633nm lasers (upgradable to 6 different laser lines)
  • Camera: BSI- Prime Express sCMOS
  • 2 different sample chambers
  • Adapted illumination path for better compatibility with the C-Flex box
  • The entire set-up is mobile
