Startup Mentoring
How can I successfully sell my product or service? Which channels will help me reach the right people? What should I consider when developing a business strategy?
Our Startup Mentoring Program offers practical answers to these questions and more. Whether you are turning an innovative idea into a startup or growing an existing company, there are many challenges along the way. That’s where the experience and network of a seasoned entrepreneur (mentor) can make a real difference:
“Time is too valuable to make all the mistakes yourself.”
– Franz Rödel, Mentee at www.biz4d.com
Founders (mentees) receive guidance in the areas of business that matter most to them. In return, mentors gain fresh insights into the latest trends and innovations that can benefit their own ventures.
The GIZ helps connect mentors and mentees through a tailored matching process. Both fill out a short questionnaire, which we review to identify the best matches. Once matched, participants can reach out and collaborate voluntarily.
The Start-up Mentoring Program is free and offers a unique opportunity to connect with experienced entrepreneurs or innovative founders and gain new perspectives. The future mentoring program of the Founding and Innovation Center (GIZ) plans to give young entrepreneurs from the participating universities the opportunity to benefit from the contacts and experience of a mentor from either academia or the business sector. The GIZ will coordinate the development and management of the mentor pool as well as the matching of mentor and mentee.
