Counselling and coaching

Our counselling is individual, confidential, and open-ended. In our counselling-sessions we are convinced that you are the expert of yourself and are able to overcome your issue in a way that suits to you personally. Throughout the process, we focus on your resources and support you in working towards your goals while improving your self-efficacy. We take the time to address your concerns and accompany you as needed in a follow-up session.

We focus on a career counselling, which supports you in self-reflection and the development of your own professional profile. We do not place you into specific professions but rather guide you in the clarification and decision-making process.

We offer guidance:

  • on questions of professional orientation.
  • in skills assessment and identifying your strengths.
  • in developing an individual professional profile.
  • when facing doubts about the path you have taken so far.
  • on upcoming application processes.
  • in decision-making situations.
  • on possible career paths.
