Please note that the Alumni Relations Office will not be fully staffed from July 18th to August 3rd, 2025. As a result, we expect that the processing of registration requests may take a few extra days
Here you have the opportunity to register for our alumni network so that we can keep in touch with you.
The collection and use of personal data of alumni and alumnae serves only the purpose of maintaining contact with former university members.
Membership in the alumni network of Carl von Ossietzky University is free of charge.
Lifetime e-mail address
When registering for our network, graduates of the University of Oldenburg have the opportunity to create a new e-mail address using the [email protected] model. This @alum.uol.de address is retained for life, provided it is used at least once every six months.
The student e-mail address ([email protected]) is deactivated the moment the alumni address is set up. Irrespective of this, every student e-mail address is automatically deactivated 12 months after exmatriculation.
