Leading in a culturally diverse environment requires more than just awareness—it calls for the ability to navigate differing perspectives, values, and communication styles with competence and curiosity. In this interactive 4-hour workshop, post-docs will explore how cultural backgrounds shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.
Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will learn to recognize and bridge cultural differences, fostering leadership approaches that create psychological safety, encourage constructive dialogue, and turn diversity into a source of strength. The focus will be on building inclusive teams where every member feels valued and can contribute their best.
