Procrastination is a widespread challenge in academic life – especially when it comes to tackling large research projects or preparing for high-stakes exams. Why do we keep putting things off, even when we know better?

In this practical and engaging lunchtime session, you'll gain valuable insights into the psychology of procrastination and learn effective, research-based strategies to overcome it. Whether you're struggling to get started or want to make better use of your time, this talk will offer tools you can apply immediately.

About the speaker:
Catrin Grobbin is a psychologist, trainer, and coach who has worked with universities, businesses, and training institutes since 2005. She lectures at several higher education institutions and supports individuals in her private practice in Hamburg and online. Her areas of expertise include procrastination, productivity, time and self-management, relaxation, and mindfulness.
