Special admission requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a professionally suitable, previous degree program with a corresponding focus and special expertise in biology with focus on molecular life sciences, biochemistry, molecular biology, molecular biomedicine, genetics and cell biology with a total of at least 180 ECTS credits.
  • Professionally suitable is a study program from the above mentioned fields in which at least 40 ECTS credits in at least three of the following subject areas were acquired: Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Physiology (Human or Animal), molecular Neurobiology
  • English language proficiency at level B2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Proof of language proficiency by a university degree obtained in English or through one of the following language certificates: TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English Language Assessment, etc.
