Chemistry Education goes to AHOI_Mint Festival

The working group Chemistry Education participated in the AHOI_Mint Festival with interesting experiments on the topic of food chemistry.

On 9. September 2022 the AHOI_Mint Festival took place at the Schlossplatz in Oldenburg. The AG Didaktik der Chemie was also present and conducted various experiments on sensory and food chemistry with interested students.
